A $150.00 deposit is required to hold your trip date. This deposit is deducted from the trips total price. For example: If your total trip is $500.00 total, you would subtract $150.00 deposit that is due at booking, the day of your trip you would owe the remaining $350.00.
If you need to cancel you will have the ability to do so up to 48 hours before your trip date. You have 14 days to reschedule a new trip date using your original deposit.
If you fail to show up at the agreed time and place, you will not be able to reschedule using the original deposit, thus losing your deposit.
If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather or conditions, you will be able to reschedule using your original deposit.
